There's More to Me Than Frameworks and Prompts

I've been in business for a long time, long enough to have watched multiple technology waves sweep through industry with the same promise: this is the one that changes everything. I spent most of my corporate career in B2B sales and sales management across both the food and packaging industries so have a pretty good understanding of how things work and how things get made. Over the years there have been both highs and lows that have led to course correction and reinvention. So, when AI, in the form of LLMs, arrived a few years ago I didn't see it as a reason to panic. I paid attention and went deep, in the way that takes months rather than hours, and what I saw was a pattern I'd recognised before, dressed up in new technology and new language.
