Some people need one day to get moving. Some need a plan built with them, not for them. Some already know what to build and just need it built. This page is here to help you tell which one you actually are, before you pick.
Free, online, self-serve. Find out where you actually stand.
One day, high-touch, practical. Real applications for your business.
A facilitated plan or capability program, matched to your business.
Bespoke automations and agentic tools, with ongoing support.
One day. In the room or online. You leave with something built, not just notes.
A facilitated process, not a document I write for you in isolation. Built with Steve Macfarlane from Syfre.ai, so the plan is grounded in what's technically realistic, not just strategically nice.
A 90 day program, in your business, not a workshop room.
Bespoke builds for specific solutions.
Take the free assessment. It's free and it tells you where you actually stand, not just whether you're "AI ready" in the abstract. Most people then go straight into the Accelerator Workshop.
The Roadmap Workshop produces a plan. The Adoption Program is the work of actually doing it, inside your business, over the 90 day program. If you don't have a plan yet, start with the Roadmap. If you've already got clarity on what needs to happen and just need it embedded, start with the Adoption Program.
Most people arrive here after the Workshop or the Roadmap, because that's usually when the specific thing to build becomes clear. But if you already know exactly what you want built, you don't need to start anywhere else first, get in touch and we'll scope it directly.
The Workshop, yes, that's the point. The Roadmap Workshop is facilitated with you and your team. The Adoption Program is embedded in your business but doesn't need you in every session. Custom Builds run in the background once we've agreed what's being built.
That's what the free assessment is for. It's built for exactly that uncertainty.
No. The Accelerator Workshop assumes nothing. If your team already has some AI tools switched on and it's not working well, that's actually more of a signal for the Adoption Program than the Workshop.
"So far, we have replaced the $150,000 estimation role. The estimator was able to achieve $2,500,000 of accurate estimation work per month. Our GPT model does just as good a job and can achieve that in three days if an experienced GPT manager and electrician monitor its output."
Greg Hamill, GMH Solutions (Electrical Contracting)
"The biggest change for me has been treating ChatGPT as a business partner rather than just a tool for quick questions. I now give it much more context about my business, workflows and goals, which has dramatically improved the quality of the responses. Instead of asking one-off questions, I'm using it to solve operational problems, build systems and refine processes, and the output is far more practical and valuable as a result."
Dave Paddington, Dirty Boat Bottoms
"I had the pleasure of collaborating with Michelle Hill during a transformative period for our organization. Her expertise in AI integration was pivotal in streamlining our operations. … Within the first hour, we observed a notable increase in productivity, translating to significant cost savings. One standout initiative was the development of a customized AI Role Plan. This strategic roadmap identified key areas where AI could enhance efficiency. For instance, our marketing team reduced routine task times by 80%, allowing them to focus on creative strategies."

"The highlight of my experience was working through a Business Planning workshop curriculum with Michelle. Where I provided 2.5 pages of data, and from that, using prompts & wizardry, Michelle provided me with a complete set of market positioning and business planning documents. It's honestly one of the highest ROI activities I've gone through as a business owner. … This has provided me with detail right down to daily tasks to execute on my goals, whilst simultaneously ensuring that's properly mapped onto the key strategic goals and the best product-market fit service elements I am refining or developing. My set of priorities is incredibly clear, which is true oxygen to a business owner."

"… It was one of the best investments I've made. I chose to do the 10 units by the intensive route over two days, and while there was a lot to take in, Michelle made it easy to follow and practical to absorb. The best part was, I was able to put what I learned to work straight away. It's helped free up my own time in my business and given me new ways to support my client deliverables too."
